REQUIREMENTS
- College or Graduate School Students
- On site 1-2 days/ week and remote work. Very flexible work arrangement for highly motivated associates!

ASSOCIATE ROLES INCLUDE:

CONTENT: writers/editors, bloggers, photographers, video producers, artists are needed to provide site content. Fellows for these roles should be bicultural Latinos (English as first language) and non-Latino associates who may have experience in the US Latino cultural experience.

MARKETING, RESEARCH & REPORTING: fellows will assist in development and management of sales and marketing campaigns (online as well as offline, e.g. events,) to generate users as well as promote MiApogeo.com to potential advertisers and organizations; conduct site surveys and other research to understand site consumer preferences and needs; assist with campaign tracking and reporting.

TECHNOLOGY/IT: Webmasters, site community managers, traffic managers.

STRATEGIC ALLIANCES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Fellows will work with CEO to establish site partnerships and strategic alliances that will provide site content, user traffic, revenue and will drive marketing/promotional programs.
