When In Brooklyn, It's Cheryl's

The Brooklyn Museum is my favorite museum in New York City. I go there often. I also love the Botanical Gardens next door, and the summer concerts at the Prospect Park Bandshell. A gourmand friend who lives in the area turned me on to another of Brooklyn's gems, Cheryl's Global Soul Cafe.

The quality of the ingredients is superb, and the preparation is consistently tasty and creative. This should be no surprise to those who know Chef Cheryl Smith, who starred in her own [...]

Welcome to Mi Apogeo!

I got involved with this project last year, when it was still just a twinkle in Rosa's eye.
